Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 28, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ADASCertify platform at adascertify.com (the "Service"). The Service is provided by ADASCertify.com ("ADASCertify", "we", "us"). By creating an account, uploading a repair order or estimate, or otherwise continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a shop or company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization; if you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.
2. The Service
ADASCertify ingests collision and glass repair estimates and VIN data, identifies potentially required ADAS calibrations and related mandatory operations, collects technician evidence, and generates compliance and liability audit packets. The Service is a documentation and workflow tool. It does not replace OEM repair procedures, a qualified technician's judgment, or your obligations to insurers, vendors and vehicle owners. You remain responsible for verifying every requirement, calibration and figure before relying on it, billing it, or submitting it to a third party.
3. Automated and AI-assisted output
Estimate parsing and requirement detection use automated rules and AI-assisted document reading. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate, may miss a required operation, or may suggest one that does not apply. Output is informational only and is not legal, insurance, or professional engineering advice. You are responsible for the documents you upload, for having the rights to upload them, for reviewing all generated content, and for any decision or submission you make based on it. We may filter, refuse or remove content and outputs and may restrict accounts that misuse these features.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account and under accounts you create for your technicians.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, misrepresentation, or spam;
- submit falsified evidence, alter generated packets, or present a packet as certifying work that was not performed;
- upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- interfere with the Service's security — no malware, probing, penetration testing, scraping, or circumvention of technical or plan limits;
- reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove infringing material; repeat infringers lose access.
6. Intellectual property
ADASCertify.com owns the Service and all related software, rule sets, templates, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You keep ownership of the estimates, photos, scans and signatures you upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Service level
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Payments and subscriptions
We sell single compliance reports and a monthly shop-unlimited subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout and may exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our money-back guarantee.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your packets and evidence within 30 days, after which data may be deleted.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill, and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify ADASCertify.com against claims arising from content you upload, your unlawful or non-compliant use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
12. General
You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and disputes will be heard in the courts of that jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
