All sales final on generated reports

All individual compliance report purchases, pay-as-you-go credits, and generated report fees are final and strictly non-refundable once an estimate has been processed or a report has been generated.

Subscriptions & cancellations

ADASCertify operates on a flexible subscription model. We do not offer money-back guarantees or prorated refunds for partial subscription periods. You may cancel your shop subscription at any time directly from your account's Billing page.

Upon cancellation, automatic future renewals will immediately cease, and you will retain full access to your plan's features and generated report history until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

Unexpected renewals & billing inquiries

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. If a recurring subscription renewal was charged unexpectedly, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@adascertify.com or visit paddle.net with your order details to request assistance.
